"I can not say enough good things about my experience at The One hotel. My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and the service was beyond exceptional. We have never had such attentive and welcoming staff at any hotel we have ever stayed in.\nThe check in was easy and accommodating, with the staff holding our bags until the room was ready. They called immediately when the room was ready for us.\nThe breakfast was exceptional, with all service staff attentive and kind. I believe the staff we had every morning was named Ana who remembered our coffee and tea order exactly!\nThe pool deck is a small space, but had wonderful views and great food/drink service.\nThe room was a great size for our needs, and my husband were in love with the bed. We are actively trying to find pillows that were as comfy as the ones we slept on here.\nOn check out the staff went through all charges, and got us a great taxi to get to the airport.\nThank you so much for the memorable stay, and we will definitely stay again when in Barcelona!"

"I am so impressed with the facility and service at The One! The room is what I would consider “small” by American standards but it doesn’t feel small because of how well everything is engineered from the bathroom space to the bedside chargers and switches that control the rolling shades. Every service workers at this hotel has been attentive, quick at completing requests, offering excellent suggestions when asked, and the location is excellent - within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to experience Barcelona!"
