"- Small room for 3 twin beds, barely enough space walk around the beds, with luggage, it was very difficult.\n- shower curtain needs an improvement. The water leaks everywhere and wets the floor.\n- you can hear people walking around from the above floors clearly.\n- tiny refrigerator is fully occupied with the Hotel's mini bar stuff. You can't keep your own water cold. Disappointed and useless.\n- the AC fan makes so much noise at high setting. We had to compromise and turn down to low mode all day.\n- the breakfast is good, but not worth 14€"

"We enjoyed our stay at Lugano Hotel Barcelona. The rooms are basic, it has comfortable pillows, towels, disposable toothbrushes etc. I wish it had newer tv and provided slippers, but it wasn't a deal breaker.\nHotel is in a great location, close to metro stops, placa Espanya, las arenas. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, overall the area is very nice and we felt safe during all times of the day walking there.\nWe really liked the breakfast buffet, great selection of bread, eggs, vegetables, fruits, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, meat and cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee (jura coffee machine).\nHotel staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Our flight was in the evening, so we checked out and left the luggage in the storage area locked by the staff with no problem, so we had extra time to do more sightseeing. Great experience overall 😊"

"The bathroom has no source of air-conditioning or ventilation whatsoever. You need to keep the door open when showering or bathing. Of course, imagine what it feels like when you have your child sharing the room with you. The room was not soundproof. We could literally tell when the people in the room right above were flushing their toilet! Toiletries were extremely basic. No coffee maker. No iron. Nothing! Breakfast was the same for all the five days we spent there. Honestly, I regret staying there."
