"The location of the hotel is really good. Close to good restaurants and cafes. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Our room was good in size, but when we first entered it, it smelled of sweat, and there was hair in the sink. Also, walls are very thin so we could hear all the noises from other rooms which distrupted our sleep a little. I think I would come back because of the value and the location."

"Possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.\n\nI went up to reception and tried to book a room. The man at the front desk was incredibly rude from the moment i walked in, and said there were no rooms available. I knew this wasn't true, because I saw there were rooms online on Booking.com. My internet was being really slow, and not allowing me to book, hence why I tried to do it at reception.\n\nI then asked if they had rooms for the following night. He said no. I asked if he could please check, and he said no. I then asked if he knew where I could buy internet, so I could book a room (he wouldn't let me use hotel wifi), and he said no.\n\nTurns out, there was a Vodo across the street. I bought a SIM card. Checking booking.com. There were rooms available. I booked, because it upset me that I was being denied service.\n\nI go to the hotel, the man (who gave me a fake name) accuses me of taking photos of him, and asks to go through my phone. I'm deeply uncomfortable, but show him my photos and that there is no picture of him, or any of the staff. I even offer to show him my deleted photos, to show that there is literally nothing of that sort on my phone. I'm assuming he was worried I took a photo, because he gave me a fake name (Alfonso). He told me it was illegal for me to ask him his name. And that he wouldn't check me in until I apologized.\n\nI still don't know what I had to apologize for, but I did. It was like dealing with a child. And then he said he didn't like how I walked into the hotel, and put my things down. And that's why he was rude to me. Truthfully, he seemed like he was jus overwhelmed and having a bad day. He admitted to being very stressed and that he was feeling ill and there was no AC. Not my problem. But okay.\n\nI check into my room, and it is not at all what was displayed in the photos. It felt like I was in a closet. There was a small window facing brick, with minimal sunlight. The AC was broken, the window wouldn't open, and the room was so small I could not even open my luggage.\n\nI tell myself I can suck it up for two days, and then check into a better hotel. I fall asleep, wake up a few hours later, and just have a horrible feeling about the hotel. I check reviews....and realized multiple guests have had issues with hostile staff and housekeepers stealing their belongings.\n\nThe hotel won't refund me for the stay, which I anticipated. But the risk of having my belongings stole, or dealing with hostile staff just wasn't worth it. Save your money."

"I am writing a very negative review about this hotel because they employ thieves and take no responsibility.\nWe came on a family trip and booked three rooms at the hotel.\nOn the first day, the maid went through our luggage and stole.\nThe hotel apologized but took no responsibility for the employee's actions. Nothing was done.\nI really do not recommend staying here!"
