"Great location and friendly staff, but room size and price could be better\n\nCiudad Condal Hostal , Paseo de Gracia is a solid option for a short stay in Barcelona, especially if you're looking for a central location. It's strategically located right on the elegant Paseo de Gracia, close to major attractions, restaurants, bars, and public transport ,everything is within easy reach.\n\nThe staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower (no water coming out), but it was resolved on the same day, which was much appreciated.\n\nThe bed was comfortable, though a bit small. The room and bathroom are also quite compact, and the amenities are minimal. There is an elevator available, which makes access to the property easier, especially with luggage.\n\nOne thing to keep in mind is the relatively high city tax – €6.60 per person, per night ,which adds up quickly. Considering the limited space and basic services, the overall price feels a bit too high for what is offered.\n\nIn summary, it’s a convenient place to stay thanks to the location and the kind staff, but be aware of the small room sizes and additional costs."

"Really good pricing for the area! I am a female solo traveler and this felt safe and was near all the attractions I wanted to go to, right next to Casa Batllo and Mila, and not too far from Sagrada Familia if your up for the walk. Rooms where nice and clean, really good size and the view was beautiful from my window. Staff spoke pretty good English and were very helpful. Highly recommend!"
