"The hotel is very good and well organized with excellent cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great for travelers who want to visit Barcelona. At the entrance of the hotel were water with lemon and some fruits for welcome."

"Was staying there with my wife. At approximately 2:00 AM, a hotel employee entered our room without knocking, notice, or any emergency justification. We were woken abruptly, shocked to find someone in our room in the middle of the night. The person then immediately ran away without saying a single word, offering no explanation for their presence.\n\nWe reported the incident to the receptionist, who informed us that the individual who entered was a security guard (or night receptionist, not sure). We were even more alarmed to hear from the receptionist himself that “he has done this before and will do it again.” This statement, combined with the unannounced entry and the guard’s behavior, indicates a deeply troubling pattern of disregard for guests’ privacy and safety.\n\nMaybe this was an honest mistake but it is still absolutely terrifying to have someone enter your room in the middle of the night (oh and btw there is no additional lock on the door so impossible to secure the door).\n\nEdit: I did email them and never got an answer, so…"

"The hotel is very outdated, the air conditioner does not work, and the room is hot. I called reception to complain about the AC, and they told me they could not do anything about it. It is impossible to sleep without opening the window.\nThe breakfast was okay. The staff approached my husband and me during breakfast and said that we didn’t pay for it and that she needed to ask the receptionist about this. This was an uncomfortable situation for us since we did pay for the breakfast the night before and it seemed like the staff’s list was not up to date. I only stayed at this hotel for one night, and I’m glad because, given the hotel’s condition, I would not have been able to stay for multiple nights."
