"We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff were SO helpful and really welcoming. It was our honeymoon and they brought us up a bottle of wine and some treats. The location is perfect, walking distance from all the best attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the rooftop was relaxing. The bar staff can make a fantastic cocktail! Would 100% recommend."

"The room, bed, and bathroom were nice—no complaints there.\n\nBut what happened during my stay was completely unacceptable. At 2AM, a staff member entered our room without warning, claiming to be responding to a noise complaint from another guest who feared someone was in danger. While I understand the need to take such reports seriously, I was shocked that no one called the room or knocked persistently before unlocking the door. Being startled awake like that was terrifying and disorienting.\n\nI emailed the hotel asking for clarity: who made the call, how it was verified, and why proper protocol wasn’t followed. The staff member would have heard nothing outside our door—we were both sound asleep—and we hadn’t heard a single noise from other guests during our entire stay. Common sense and more careful protocol could have prevented such an extreme breach of privacy. I barely slept that night—or the next.\n\nWhen I tried to express my concerns in person the next morning, the staff member immediately cut me off, raised his voice, and wouldn’t let me speak. I left in tears, overwhelmed by exhaustion, fear, and his aggressive response.\n\nThe hotel took no accountability and offered not a single gesture of kindness to correct their egregious mistake. As many of the reviews here have stated, the staff is cold and unhelpful."

"I had a perfect stay in the hotel. You can feel the cleanliness from the first step into the hotel lobby. A very helpful, welcoming, and vital staff member. The location is very good, not far from the center. The hotel is in the avenue ( the main street where mostly all the brands are located). The hotel has a rooftop that you can relax in enjoy."
