"The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stayed in the Red Lounge, and it looked even better than in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The window overlooked the street, but once closed, it was perfectly quiet. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver!\n\nBreakfast was delicious, and the option to enjoy it in the garden made it even more special. The location couldn’t be better—surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars. It’s also close to the best viewpoint in the city (yes, it’s on a hill), which made for perfect late evenings and early mornings sipping wine while admiring the scenery.\n\nLisbon is a city of hills, so having such a view right nearby is a huge bonus. You can easily get there by the famous Tram 28 (though it can be very busy) or a quick, inexpensive Uber ride.I definitely recommend this place and I hope to come back!"

"I had a wonderful experience here staying with my daughther a few weeks ago. All the staff were so sweet, accommodating and friendly. They made us feel at home. The place was creatively decorated, very clean and felt very homey. The breakfast was amazing! We stuffed ourselves each morning before going out for long touristy days in the city. The interior garden was just lovely. Plus our room was quiet and air-conditioned which was just what we needed during the long hot walks around Lisbon. Our room "Lemon Tree" faced the inner garden courtyard, so it was extra quiet. The location is excellent, with it beign just one block from trolley into the touristy area, plus just one block up the hill is one of the best views of the Lisbon. The neighborhood is less touristy and feels very locally authentic, but also many new hip restaurants and cafes.\nAnd yes we loved seeing the resident kitties!"

"Very nice and quiet international location in Lisboa. All the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean (do take into consideraron that they are small - at least the one I stayed in), breakfast is very good (there is one cook that makes amazing eggs- unfortunately I didn’t get the name and he wasn’t there on my last morning) and there are two lovely cats 😍.\nThe location is a bit “far” from the center but you can walk down very easily and come up again with the tram nr 28.\nI will be recommending this place to my friends."
