"This hotel was just perfect! It’s in a perfect location and the rooms were surprisingly large especially the bathroom. They are good with travelers and can store your bags if the room isn’t ready. It was affordable, clean, great location, very large rooms by European standards and felt very safe and clean. We traveled with our infant and they were quickly able to have a travel crib and sheets put in the room which was perfect. We’ll def stay at a My Story property again!!"

"My girlfriend and I took a 2 week trip to Portugal. We started in Lisbon at this hotel for 2 nights. The location was amazing and the staff was great. Our first two night stay was great but our air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it was HOT. Unfortunately it couldn’t get resolved by the time our stay was up. We brought this up with management and they ensured our next stay would be much more comfortable. (We were coming back for one night at the end of our trip) The staff/management went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and to make sure we had an extremely comfortable stay. My girlfriend and I were blown away by the type of service and care we received from the staff. My Story Hotel Tejo has some of the best, if not the best, service I have ever received and I hope they get recognized for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lisbon area. You will not be disappointed!"

"Room is clean and location is very good. The staff are really nice. There are also good shops and supermarkets around. Unfortunately, as mentioned in the comments by someone else, they didn’t charge coffee coffee capsules in our two night stays and we needed to request it which was inconvenient. Furthermore the toilet paper was not enough and not charged so that was annoying and not professional to go and ask for it!\nBreakfast was good and worth it!"
