"We prepaid using Apple Pay, but the hotel didn’t recognize the payment (since a random card appeared on the invoice) and refunded the booking without checking any proof of payment, despite us showing it multiple times. The refund is supposed to take three business days. We had to pay again on the spot.\n\nFrustrated by the lack of service, we decided to stay only one night and found another hotel. The reception team had to check with management before “kindly” agreeing to cancel the rest of the stay.\n\nSo far, no refund. We’ve basically doubled our hotel budget, which seriously impacts the rest of our holiday.\n\nEDIT: Their response is frankly condescending. We provided proof of payment multiple times, yet they cancelled the booking without checking anything. Instead of acknowledging the issue or showing a minimum of respect, they hide behind fine print and policies. That’s not hospitality, that’s just poor service.\nIf you want peace of mind and decent treatment, book somewhere else."

"Hotel had pros and cons.\nPROS\nWe had a room on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet from outside noise. Overall the staff was nice and helpful, but at breakfast they were constantly approaching every person at the food bar asking for a room number even though you had already told all of them your number and were approved for breakfast. The location is very close to the hop on hop off bus main stop which is in the nearby park to the west. The breakfast was just ok and not going to blow you away by any means. Location is about a 15 minute walk to the metro from the airport. If you head to the burger king across the street and keep walking south you will be in a nice area to explore as well.\n\nCONS\nThe room was very small with just enough space for a bed and a very small night stand on both sided. There was almost no floor space so our luggage was always in our way. The bathroom was pitifully small with no counter space due to the vessel sink taking up every inch of it. Since the bathroom was so small and the vent fan was minimal, the room would get very humid after a very quick shower. Noises travel straight through the walls and ceiling like a ghost and You could easily hear other rooms conversations. The elevators were pretty slow, small, and make some noises that make you wonder if they are safe.\n\nOverall I would say this is slightly below my expectations for the cost but I’ve stayed in worse accommodations. Probably would t recommend unless there is availability constraints for your stay in Lisbon"

"Hotel very clean and extremely helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast with some hot dishes. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Really good position for hop on, hop off buses. Excellent value for centrally located hotel."
