"Disappointing Experience – Not a 5-Star Hotel by Any Means\n\nThis hotel may have been considered five-star in the past, but unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, the room key cards were a constant issue. They repeatedly stopped working, and each time we had to return to reception to have them reactivated—often waiting in long queues just to access our own room. This quickly became frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.\n\nWhile the hotel advertises several beautiful restaurants and bars, they were all closed during breakfast hours. Instead, breakfast was served in a dull, uninviting conference room with poor lighting and zero atmosphere. Even worse, there was no fresh coffee—only a machine with powdered milk. I’ve been to Lisbon many times and have stayed in both four and five-star hotels, and I’ve never experienced breakfast of such low quality.\n\nAs seen in my photos, the room itself was also disappointing—stained carpets, an unpleasant view, and a high level of street noise that made it difficult to rest. To top it off, we noticed a bag of leftover Uber Eats food sitting outside a room in the hallway for two full days, creating a bad smell throughout the floor.\n\nOverall, this hotel was a major letdown. Save your money and look elsewhere—you can find much better value and service elsewhere in Lisbon"

"Good breakfast, but long line to get inside the breakfast Hal! Elevator out of order in at least one week. They never changed the sheets during a week. Room cleaning not good at all. Poor service at reception. We had to pay for the coffee placed in the room! Fem starts? Not a chance. Maybe three stars."

"Unfortunately, in my opinion, this hotel does not live up to a 5-star rating for several reasons. First of all, the amenities feel old-fashioned and somewhat neglected, with several facilities out of order during our stay. The spa was closed, there was no access to the jacuzzi, and no compensation or alternative was offered for these inconveniences.\n\nIn addition, while the breakfast was decent, it came with an unacceptably long wait — around 30 minutes each morning just to be seated. This is not something one would expect from a 5-star property.\n\nService at the reception was adequate but far from exceptional.\n\nOn a positive note, the hotel is centrally located and offers quick metro connections from Parque station, which is convenient for getting around the city."
