"Hotel well located in the city center. Reception is open 24 hours a day.\nThe room where I stayed had 2 beds but it wasn't big but everything was very clean. What I didn't like was the pillows and there was only one on each bed.\nThe toilet was very clean and with towels, soap and shower gel available and even with a hairdryer.\nAir conditioning and TV were functional.\nThe breakfast room is small and with little choice.\nThere is a small outdoor space where you can relax."

"Excellent experience ! After being left down by an hostel which didn't have the private bathroom we asked for ( we have an under 2years old kid ). We booked there at the last minute. From the welcome to the end we have been treated extremely well. Nothing is to much trouble for them they have wonderful manners et excellent guest skills. The room was great, the cleaning is absolutely brilliant, it was like coming to a new room everyday. It's a mix between hotel and air B&B in the sense that you can feel that it's a family business, not a chain. If we have to go back to Lisbon ( which is highly possible as this city and Portuguese peoples are great ) We will definitely booked there again . Thank you to all the staff who make us feel special and we really enjoyed our stay with you guys . :-D"
