"Rooms and Cleanliness:\nThe rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Everything was well-maintained.\n\nStaff:\nThe staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special mention goes to Sergio, who was exceptionally approachable and provided valuable recommendations regarding local sights and attractions.\n\nBreakfast:\nBreakfast was plentiful, though not very varied from day to day. The selection of pastries was somewhat limited. The focus is more on coffee than tea.\n\nFacilities:\nThe hotel has two elevators, which generally ensured good accessibility, although one of them occasionally malfunctioned.\n\nParking:\nThe only real downside was the parking situation. The underground parking beneath the hotel is extremely tight — even with a medium-sized car, getting in and out is quite difficult. The neighboring HF hotel has a similar issue.\nFor those arriving by car, I recommend the multi-level parking garage across the street, which is more spacious and cheaper, and allows for multi-day reservations via mobile app.\n\nOverall:\nAside from the parking, this hotel offers a very pleasant experience with great services and friendly staff. A solid choice for staying in Lisbon"

"Stayed here in July for 3 nights. Great hotel, near everything. Front desk staff are incredibly professional and helpful - well done folks! Sergio at the breakfast restaurant was also amazing and fun! All other staff were great as well. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was very clean. Typical room sizes. Beds were on the harder side, but perfect for us. Room 710 is away from any noise. A fridge is included with the room, which is amazingly perfect for our travel style. The only slight fault was that there was no working fan in the washroom and the washroom sink didn't drain very well. Other than breakfast and a small vending machine, there is no access to any food or drinks within the hotel. You can go next door to either HF Music or HF Lisboa though, to purchase anything. This is a typical 3 star hotel as catagorized. Overall would recommend and would return. 👌"

"Just returned from this wonderful hotel. The hotel was great in every way. We had front park view room on floor 7. Checking desk staff were very friendly, cleaning staff did a spotless job and the breakfast staff kept the restaurant stocked and clean with ease. The Breakfast was good with a varied choice, though the coffee machines were a bit slow.\n\nThe location of the hotel is next to a wonderful park and a few nice bars. Its a 25 minute stroll down a tree lined avenue to the centre or use the nearby metro. The hotel can be reached using the metro in 35 minutes from the airport.\n\nAlso a special commendation to all the staff during the major power cut. Bravo to you all (this extends to all in Lisbon that day)"
