"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and what truly stood out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived Fernando went extra mile and managed to checked us in earlier than the regular time. Nice gustier at the room with a welcome letter and bottle of wine. Everyone at the front desk were efficient and friendly, Matrta was always spreading her positive energy in the hotel with a smile and helpful recommendations. Good quality and nice selection at the breakfast, coffee and deserts all over the day for the guests.\nHousekeeping kept everything spotless.\n\nIt’s clear the staff here take real pride in their work and genuinely care about guest satisfaction. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a comfortable stay, but truly outstanding hospitality."
