"We enjoyed our stay! The staff was absolutely amazing- so welcoming and attentive. Each day when we got back to our room there was a little treat on our bed- brownies, wine etc. which was such a cute touch.\n\nThe location is fantastic- everything you need is within walking distance!\nI will mention if you’re coming from the airport and have luggage, prepare yourself for the stairs. The hotel is on the 4th floor- which makes for a great view, but tired legs!\n\nThe breakfast is really good- they make the scrambled eggs fresh for you as you come down, rather than having them sitting out which is great!\n\n5/5- would absolutely stay here again, if we’re ever back in Lisbon!"

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and even though we only stayed for two nights, it truly felt like home.\n\nA special mention must go to Nuno, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. His hospitality, attentiveness, and local recommendations made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have the best experience possible, and Nuno did exactly that!\n\nThe hotel itself is charming, cozy, and ideally located in the heart of Chiado, making it easy to explore the best of Lisbon. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful homey feel.
