"Very nice hotel with helpful personnel.\nSituated on a busy street with metro and buses nearby.\nRooms kept clean every day.\nTraffic noise during the day but reasonable quiet in the night.\nNo bar or breakfast in the hotel but many options all around.\nThere is no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs to the rooms.\nGood airco, free wifi and a small television with many international channels."

"The service is good, the staff is very nice and the rooms are kept neat. The hotel has 3 floors, and the stairs seem a bit hard if you come from walking beautiful Lisboa all day, I'd recommend requesting a room on the first or second floor.\nLocation, uhmm I didn't like it at all. It's not too far from downtown (about 20mins) but it seems dangerous, I always speeded my pace cuz it felt like it was unsafe. The street gets even more scary at night... I would recommend you checking hotels in other neighborhoods."

"Honestly it’s a great choice if you’re on a budget. Don’t expect anything too fancy but you get what you pay for. The location is very good, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants close by and so is the metro. The room is tidy and clean not very spacious but it’s not extremely small either.\n\nThe staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. You have to leave the key in the reception whenever you leave but not to worry since they are open 24/7. They clean the room everyday and change your towels too which great considering it says it’s a two star hotel.\n\nHowever, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re sensitive to noise. The metro/tram can be heard and felt every couple of minutes even if you’re in the 3rd floor. Personally I didn’t mind."
