"Very nice hotel overall.\nRooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a good shower. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great — close to tram and bus stops, and near a lovely park that’s perfect for walking or running. Booking directly through their website is cheaper than other platforms.\n\nA note for vegans: breakfast is not very vegan-friendly. You can inform them of your diet on arrival, but even the bread provided isn’t vegan.\n\nThere’s a supermarket and laundromat about 20 minutes away on foot."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed during my travels across over 10 European countries — and it claims to be 4 stars.\n\nOn day one, the shampoo and body wash bottles (the large refillable type) were already less than half full, clearly not enough for two people. We reported it to reception, and they said housekeeping would refill them the next day. Nothing was ever restocked during our 4-night stay. We had to rely on the small refill packs we requested ourselves.\n\nWe also wrote a very polite note asking for clean bed sheets and an extra pillow (due to my friend’s neck problems). To make sure it wouldn’t be missed, we placed the note directly on the pillow. Still, the request was completely ignored, and the note was thrown away, no pillow, no sheet change, no response.\n\nSoundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything from the next room. Even worse, we felt discriminated against for being Asian. On our last night, shortly after returning to the room, hotel staff suddenly came banging loudly on our door as if they had been waiting. They accused us of making noise at a time when we were asleep. Even after calmly explaining this, they continued to blame us without listening.\n\nHousekeeping staff were also cold and unwelcoming. They didn’t greet us at all when we passed by.\n\nThis hotel showed poor service, lack of cleanliness, unprofessional behavior, and possible racial bias. It does not live up to a four-star standard. I would never return and do not recommend this place."

"Lovely and comfortable room.It has a fridge and a coffee maker. Lots of space. The location is okay. The tram is right outside the door, which is a big bonus. You can use that to get into the city centre. You don't need to get onto the train to get into the city.\nThere is no bar in the hotel."
