"Stayed here for a week in the 1 bedroom apartment which is on the ground floor. Chose this as I wanted some more space for my stay. Design and layout of the space is pretty good but it’s beginning to show age with wear and tear. Location is great. Gets a little street noise but not bad.\n\nBiggest issues were a sewage smell coming from the shower drain that I had to get candles to cover up. Fortunately the team at numa sent someone the next day to inspect and the stench started to go away. The other issue I ran into is that the PIN code system locked me out of the room each day for the first four days. Quite inconvenient as I had to call/message each day in order to get a new pin. The numa team finally sorted the issue out by the 4th day.\n\nOverall I liked the stay despite some of the issues. Value was a bit off considering all the issues I had. I might look elsewhere next time but the location is great."

"Very disappointing experience. We chose an aparthotel because we were traveling with a toddler and wanted a little more space. We were unprepared for a 5th floor apartment up incredibly dangerous stairs and inconvenience after inconvenience.\n1) Crib not available at check-in - This was resolved within a few hours however it didn't matter. We had planned on checking in and putting my daughter down for a nap and we couldn't do this safely.\n2) Cleanliness - Both the towels and sheets for our child were dirty. And we had to ask for a towel separately so on two different occasions, we received dirty linens.\n3) Internet - We were informed that from March 18-22, we may have a disruption to our internet. We arrived on the 22nd and assumed this would not be an issue however for the entirety of March 25th and 26th, we did not have internet available.\n4) Safety - The window that is at child height was open/unlatched.\n5) New "lockers" - We received a communication about lockers however this was not about lockers. This was about door locks. And ultimately, it did not seem like the people working were doing anything related to the door locks. It was just a delay from the internet installation and no additional communication was provided.\n6) Inconvenience - All of the above were disappointing however taken together, they made our entire stay feel inhospitable. The last straw frankly was the danger/difficulty of going up to our unit through the tangle of wires and ethernet cords and a ladder. The stairs are very narrow and the cords were a tripping hazard."

"The worse experience I ever had. I spend 3 weeks in the room 1 at the basement. The room is really small and it was cleaned really well. there were hair in the bathroom and the fridge was really dirty. during my stay I had two big problems and they did not help me really with everything. One night I was sleeping and at midnight suddenly was literally raining in my bed (dropping water from the light in the ceiling,, so was super dangerous). I called the customer care and they told me they couldn't do anything and i would have wait until the day after. As they do not have reception the give you a online key to open the door of the building and the door of my apartment and one day was broken. I spent from 6pm to 1am speaking with them on the phone outside the building. they solve the problem the day after"
