"The room was very clean and is well furnished, AC worked great and everything was nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is really great too! Everything was super easy and nice, will definitely come back!"

"Never again. Booked a 3 night stay for Euro495. They gave me room 303. The shower didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. I called them the first morning. They said they needed to call a plumber and the Plumbers in the Netherlands are not available on weekends. So I had to take my shower in 3 installments -- once for my hair, once to lather up, once to rinse -- to allow the water to drain enough so that it wouldn't run in the room. What a crafty way to save on the water. Finally after 2 nights they gave me a downgraded room (Room 20) with a working shower for the final night. I was also charged Euro50 extra -- although my confirmation clearly said Total: Euro495, I was charged over Euro550. I brought this to their attention on the first day, I was promised a refund by 2 receptionists and by the owner, Hasan. Just got a text this morning saying that they won't be refunding me the overcharge. Never again. These are the kinds of places that ruin your vacation."

"To be honest , absolutely not what I expected for 200 per night 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️\nAir conditioner had a problem and stopped working every 1-2 hours, shower broken , fracture in the bathroom and instead one big mattress we had two single which was really annoying me .\nAlso towel rails is broken and the light in the bathroom with a motion sensor kept turning off, it was impossible to take a normal shower.\nI booked the most expensive room and very upset about it 🤮also tropical shower didn’t work , something wrong with button ."
