"I'm here with a summer high school program so I mostly feel bad for the staff that has to clean up after a bunch of teenagers. Our first room had a leaky AC but as soon as we mentioned something they moved us right away and were really nice about it. I tend to leave a lot of my stuff on my bed because there isn't a whole lot of floor space for three people per room, but when I get back to the hotel every day everything is all organized and my bed is still made and I feel really bad for leaving a mess. There's only one shower every other floor (except in the bigger rooms), which was difficult to manage at first with 50+ students in the program trying to all shower at once."

"By far the best deal in town for private room accommodation. Free parking too. Unbelievable value made possible thanks to Kagawa Prefectural Government. Udon is excellent in their restaurant and cannot be missed. Most rooms do not have bathrooms but it should not bother most budget travellers. Their public bath is excellent if you are used to onsen-style baths, and toilets are on the same floor. Front desk, helpful but not overwhelming. And of course the location is amazing. A brisk walk to the American Club, or hop on the metro or the bus to get to anywhere in central Tokyo with ease. Their rooms show signs of age, but for the price more than acceptable. In the summer you can reserve a beer garden experience with friens or family in their Japanese garden, which is also a good value compared to similar offers in town. All in all five stars for value."
