"This is SUCH a cool spot!! There was music playing downstairs every night, very upbeat, multiple lounges, laundry, and the bakery/coffee shop in the lobby was divine. The location is also perfect - across from a beautiful park and an 8 minute walk from the Oedo line station. Easy access for taxis if needed, convenience store 2 minute walk away. Rooms and bathrooms are small which is to be expected but didn’t impact our stay. They also provide fresh towels every day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the size of the accommodations. The rooms are extremely small, barely enough space to move around or open a suitcase comfortably. It felt very cramped, and definitely not what I expected based on the photos.\n\nThe washroom was equally tiny, with barely any elbow room. The shower area was so compact that water splashed everywhere, making the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery. It lacked basic convenience and comfort, especially for taller or larger guests.\n\nWhile the location was decent and the staff polite, the lack of space in both the room and bathroom really impacted the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing stay — especially not for couples, families, or longer visits."

"Nice modern hotel in a pretty good location with helpful staff. Our twin bed room was clean but smaller than expected and lacking some storage space. Bed was quite firm and soundproofing between rooms wasn’t very good. I’d stay again but it’s probably best for just a few nights (we stayed for 10 nights)."
