"Room was decently sized for Tokyo. Service was very kind and accommodating, allowed to hold my luggage before check-in. Breakfast buffet was okay but filling. Room was well cleaned each time. Bathroom a bit small but enough space to do what you need. The laundry was good but I had to cycle them in the drier 3 times and even then my pants were still quite damp :(\n\nThe location was okay. I stayed in Shinjuku last week so I don’t recommend Nihonbashi unless you’re planning to buy expensive name brand items as the mall is nearby. I found the area a bit unwelcoming as it seems to be in a “higher class” neighbourhood. Decently close to Ueno and Akihabara if you like that kind of thing. Definitely recommend planning around the area to get the most out of it. I probably wouldn’t chose here again if I come back to Tokyo"

"Great value and close to the subway station. However a few cons the room and bed is quite small as expected but feels a bit more cramped than other hotels I’ve stayed in in Tokyo and the WiFi is quite slow as well you won’t have much luck watching Netflix. No screens on windows and no cold air conditioning only hot. They provide fan in the room but we still had to open the screenless windows to get some air idk what it’s gonna be like in summer"
