"PROS: Close to Kikuwawa Station, friendly staff, towels and amenities are openly kept in the lobby, the room was very clean, free laundry service, and affordable price.\n\nCONS: The bathroom is small if you're tall, it is difficult to control the water temperature, outlets in my room were inconveniently placed."

"The place is great, the staff is great, the rooms are great, however nothing stands out. This is a fine place if you need to be in the area, considering price and location. I would recommend if it suits your needs, as the place is in a good location just next to a station."

"Would have scored it more generously if not for what in my opinion was a serious lapse in service.\n\nCons:\nReception hours are 9am to 11pm. This was not my experience.\n\nAfter more than 14 hours of travelling from home, I arrived in the afternoon to an open but unmanned reception with just a number to call. As I had only data but not voice roaming and did not feel safe leaving my luggage in full view of the street, I brought my luggage with me to the nearest convenience store in search of a pay phone where I was then pointed back to the subway station I exited from. The station master directed me to the phone, I serendipitously had a 10yen coin on me and called the number which was answered by an automated system in Japanese which I did not understand. So there went my 10yen.\n\nI eventually took my luggage with me to Hamacho where I had mapped out a lunch spot in advance and paid 700 yen to use the luggage locker in the station.\n\nWhen I gave feedback to the staff on duty upon returning in the evening, she was only slightly apologetic and shared that there might have been an emergency earlier and there was no other way to seek assistance besides the number provided.\n\nPros:\nLocation\nRelatively large room\nClean but tiny wc\nComfortable bed\nLarge mirror\n1 cup and mini kettle provided (no tea bags)\nFree laundry facilities\nUnlimited towels\nDressing gown provided\nTooth brush provided was soft\nFacial tissue provided\nGood Wi-Fi and hot water supply"
