"Regarding the reception at around 4:10 am on July 3, 2025\n\nWhen I visited the front desk to check in at around 4:10 am this morning, I was very uncomfortable with the attitude of the staff who served me.\n\nThe amenities were self-service, and I was told to pick them up before entering the room, but since I had a suitcase and luggage in both hands, I asked to put my luggage in the room first and then pick them up.\n\nThe staff member then clicked his tongue in obvious irritation and coldly said, "This hotel has an auto-lock system, so it will be a hassle once you enter the room. If you can't get it now, it's impossible."\n\nI was shocked by the intimidating and inconsiderate attitude, with no consideration for my circumstances or inconvenience.\n\nI understand that the hotel has its own management policy and rules, but shouldn't they have a minimum level of customer service manners and a flexible response?\n\nIt was early in the morning, there were no other customers, and I had a lot of doubts and distrust that they were treated like this at a time when they should have had plenty of time.\n\nAs a customer, I find this extremely disappointing and would like to see the staff involved receive appropriate guidance or severe punishment.\n\nOther than the staff's behavior, this was a good hotel, so this is very disappointing."

"夫婦にとって大切な場所です。\n\nバスで行ける距離ですのでギリギリまで2人の時間を楽しめます。ロビーのサービスもよく気に入ってます。部屋もきれいで各種設備も豊富。カップル時代、ラブホをよく利用していたので比べても、非常によく満足できるレベルです。\n\nフロントの人の機械的対応はラブホという性格上いい意味で重要です（親切すぎると困ります）。要望とすれば日中でも食事メニューが欲しいことです。子持ち夫婦は昼間しか利用できませんから。\nあとお風呂が狭めなのは少し残念です。"

"I made a reservation for a trip. I arrived 20 minutes before my reservation, but was told that I wouldn't be able to get into the room until that time, so I had to wait, but about 3 other groups of guests who came later without reservations were guided smoothly.
