"Great location, in the heart of Shinjuku and very walkable to several metro stations. There are a plenty of choices for a smaller markets, where you can buy water and daily necessities. The room was a bit small but let’s be honest here, it is Tokyo and just like NYC, space is at a premium. Great value for what you’re paying and definitely opt for the morning breakfast. The food was always fresh, the displays clean and the service prompt. Definitely a more Japanese breakfast, featuring miso soup, rice and early morning stir-fry chicken and fish options along with some breads and croissants. The coffee is delicious! The only thing that I will mention is the front desk was a bit of a tough crowd. Not going to elaborate but the few interactions I did have with them could have been better. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend this place to any friends and family visiting town!"

"I stayed at the hotel from April 6-7 to April 12, 2025 and had a great time. I had a late check-in at 2am on April 7, but had no issues. I was communicated with the hotel during transit using through Expedia and they replied promptly.\n\nThe rooms are small by Western standards, but functional. I booked a semi-double room that had a small desk area with shelves, refrigerator, tea kettle, safe and A/C unit. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV let me connect my phone wirelessly so I could watch my own content. My room for 6 nights was about $990 CAD or $715 USD and included the buffet breakfast, which I felt was a great value.\n\nThe breakfast was very good and had a number of choices that changed regularly. The staff were very friendly and I was able to communicate with them in English without issues as they have translator devices. They also helped me to ship my bag to my Osaka hotel using Yamato Transport and it arrived without issues.\n\nHousekeeping happens every 2 nights, which was fine by me. On alternate days, they would leave fresh towels for me on my room door.\n\nThe area around the hotel is quiet even though it is just a few minutes from the hustle of Kabukicho. There are several convenience stores in the area as well as a batting centre.\n\nThe only minor issue is that my room looked out onto a blank wall from the building next door. At least I had natural light though.\n\nAll in all, it was a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it."

"We have experienced this location multiple times, and each visit has been pleasant. Checking in and out is easy, thanks to the friendly staff, and the location in Shinjuku is fantastic! If you are more accustomed to Western-sized hotels, be prepared for smaller accommodations here. However, the rooms are extremely functional."
