"I stayed here while on travel for my company. I loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful. The location is perfect for my needs and access to transportation and entertainment. I would stay here again. They also have a good laundry service which helped out during my stay. My only complaint was my room stank of cigarette smoke even though I had requested a non-smoking room. Other than that, I would still come back to this hotel."

"Best sleep I had all week! So comfortable inside my bedroom. Lots of space. Great breakfast buffet that was worth every penny. They offered both Western and Japanese dishes at a very reasonable price. The airport limousine bus stops right in front and we were able to buy tickets in the lobby the night before but reservations are really important to make before hand or you won't get a seat, especially for the early morning departures."

"I stayed at this hotel on a work trip. The rooms are pretty dated, but you can’t beat the location. There’s a great art walk next to the hotel and it’s about a two minute walk from Tachikawa Station. There’s a lot of restaurants around. I ate at one of the restaurants one night (the buffet) and the food was good enough. The beds were hard, but okay. Pillows weren’t great. Room amenities were pretty good. Would definitely stay again for the location alone."
