"Pro: Close to Tokyo skytree convenient location for Subway station. Top floor can have a good view of Tokyo SKYTREE. Small space, reasonable price. Offer simple breakfast such as coffee and bread for free. Can clean your room everyday if you put on the sticker on your door. Quiet. Someone can speak English in front desk when checking you in.\nCon: Small room space. Nothing impressive that makes me want to come here again (unfortunately Tokyo have too many good hotels that I want to try next time)"

"We lived our stay here. The staff were nice and professional. The establishment is very clean.\nI would say the room was a bit small for 2 people. We barely had enough space to open our luggage fully but all in all, that wouldn’t stop us from booking here in the future. Plus we had a huge suitcase, I’m sure the size would be ok with a smaller suitcase.\n\nThey also allowed us to drop off our luggage before we were able to check in and after we checked out. We had a late flight so we had plenty of time to explore the city some more so the staff allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours. This was extremely helpful!\n\nThe location was only a 5 min walk to a transit station. There’s a tower and a mall that’s about a 10 min walk."

"Big shoutout to the front desk staff - they were absolutely lovely! Friendly, helpful, always available, and they helped us out with a couple of luggage related issues. Great service from them!\n\nWe also really appreciated the complimentary pastries and drinks, and the rooftop view was amazing.\n\nLocation wise, it’s not the best. I knew what to expect since it wasn’t my first time in Tokyo, but for first time visitors, it’s definitely too far from most major attractions. Even though there’s a metro station about 5 minutes away, getting anywhere else in Tokyo usually took around an hour. That said, there’s a huge shopping mall nearby, Tokyo Skytree, and both a convenience store and supermarket just across the street.\n\nNow for the downside: unfortunately, everything else was pretty disappointing. No laundry service, which was really surprising for a tourist oriented hotel in Tokyo. The room looked great at first glance and had a strong chlorine/bleach smell, which gave a false sense of cleanliness. But once we settled in and looked closer, everything felt quite dirty and icky. It’s honestly hard to understand how this place has such high ratings - unless other guests don’t mind stains, dust and stray hairs everywhere."
