"Great hotel! We stayed there with my husband for two weeks during our trip to Japan. I chose this hotel primary because it was possible to open the window and individually adjust the AC (including switching it off completely) and the beds and pillows weren't very hard. It isn't easy to find a hotel in Tokyo with such characteristics. Additionally, it turned out that it's a lovely place to stay in general. Room size was ok for Japanese standards, very helpful and friendly staff, lots of bathroom amenities and free coffee/tea (very good!) at the lobby. Breakfast was delicious (we opted for the Japanese one) and the lady working in the restaurant was extremely nice, warm and always smiling :) The best and quickest service ever! Also, there are convenient stores just next to the hotel and the area is very well-connected with the main places of interest (the underground station is just two-minute walk from the hotel). The neighborhood itself is safe and quiet. There are many attractions within a walking distance as well. 100% recommended!"

"A great hotel in a good spot! We were trying to find a hotel that suited us given the typical size of most hotel rooms in Tokyo and this one was great! We booked a slightly larger room as there were two of us with 3 suitcases, and even though it was a tight fit - it worked for us!\n\nThe staff were ever so lovely and super helpful! The free drinks were available and nice to grab when I couldn’t sleep at 3am 😆 the washing machine was very convenient and just overall a lovely hotel. It’s a short walk away from a train station, two stores within a 2 minute (if that!) walking distance that is 24/7, it was great.\n\nI love the fact we had to hand in our key before leaving as I am worried I will lose it and have to pay for a new one.\n\nJust overall a great hotel, great location and amazing staff. If I ever visit Tokyo again, I will be definitely consider this hotel."

"1. The walls seem to be thin. I can clearly hear when water is flowing and people next door are talking. In the mornings it is especially noisy because you can hear the cleaning staff working on the other rooms.\n\n2. The internet is relatively slow (~13Mbps download), with pretty occasional drops. It's sometimes not sufficient for streaming or reliable work.\n\n3. Good price and good location. Close to both the station and Akihabara. Seems like a nice neighborhood.\n\n4. Room size is alright. Slightly on the smaller side but it's acceptable compared to other hotels in Japan anyway.\n\n5. Free unlimited coffee/tea (and maybe other drinks?) at the lobby. I don't think it is 24/7, but almost.\n\n6. Exactly one elevator. Not the end of the world - just pointing it out."
