"Worst place to stay, As you can see, stains on the bed, dust everywhere, hairs, entrance dirty, a very strong smell of cigarette (they opened the windows thinking it will leave 🤣) and the best for the end : cockroaches.\n\nWell, we decided to stay the night and find another hotel and we requested the owner that we wanted a refund and explained the whole situation…\n\nNever got any reply from him so we call Booking and they contacted him and guess what? Even with the pictures, he told Booking that we never checked in so he didn’t want to refund.\n\nRight Mr . Cho.\n\nSo now guys, you know what to do… don’t ever book that place."

"We originally found the place on Airbnb which included raving reviews. The room is indeed spacious and located in a quiet area, it is the biggest room we’ve stayed at during our Japan trip. Unfortunately, that’s where the pros ends. As other reviews have mentioned, the pillow cases, floor, bathrooms are not clean. We were only provided with a small amount of towels (2 small ones and 2 large ones). When we requested additional towels on day one (via Airbnb app) and informed the hosts that the WiFi doesn’t work, we did not receive any response. The mattress were also very soft, which felt old and worn down. I wouldn’t recommend staying away as this place provides ample of spaces which can be rare to find in Tokyo. However, just manage your expectations as you might not get what you paid for, especially if you booked via Airbnb."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was impressed by how spacious the rooms were, especially compared to other places in Japan. The peaceful and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing stay, and I felt safe walking around even late at night. The location was incredibly convenient, just an 8-minute walk from a train station and close to the Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza area.\n\nHaving a 24-hour Lawson right in front of the hotel was a huge plus for any late-night snacks or last-minute needs. Nearby, you'll also find a Yoshinoya for a quick and tasty meal.\n\nThe hotel had almost all the amenities you need. Just a heads-up, it's a very self-service place, which worked well for me, but might be something to consider if you're looking for more hands-on service.\n\nOverall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tokyo."
