"Doesnt get 5 stars for 2 reasons.\n\nFirst, a small nuisance, the lobby is on the 9th floor. The access the guest rooms you must go to the ninth floor, go through a lobby, then to another elevator bank to get to your room. I dont like the extra step.\n\nSecond, The rooms have no desk and zero storage other than a small closet with a few hangers ther eis not a square centimeter of space to place clothing items other than on the few hangers. There is not a single shelf or any flat surface that can be used to store clothing...put in on the floor? Its just bad design and usability implementation.\n\nThe lobby is beautiful. Staff is super helpful. The baths are amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The in room coffee and fridge are great. No complaints other than the double ride elevator and lack of storage in the rooms."

"The location is on the subway station connecting you to main highlights of the city. Hotel is clean and cozy. Rooms are very small, you cannot even open entirely your suitcase here, because there is no space for that. The bathroom is however quite comfortable. The breakfast and dinner in their restaurant is like heaven. Definitely recommend to go for it. One of the best food in Tokyo."
