"A very convenient location with high quality service and amenities. The check in/out process was a breeze, in particular since the attendants spoke English and were very friendly. The room was well kept and clean with everything our family of 4 needed. At one point we needed urgent help and the attendant showed up shortly to our room to provide us the linen change service we needed. The shower was modern, clean, and effective. We felt comfortable and safe the entire stay, except for the one man in the lobby who looked like he wasn't a guest and kept using the lobby for computer usage. He carried a carry-on luggage with him and smelled like he hadn't showered in a few days. He looked suspicious and maybe was just a backpacker going through the area. If he was a guest, it would be strange for him to keep bringing his luggage down to the lobby over the course of a few days. Advanced checkin didn't work because Agoda hid the URL from the email message, so I was told by Minn I didn't need it yet that was confusing."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was huge and there was plenty of space for 2 adult couples. Its location was also a plus which was within 10 minutes of the subway station and popular shopping and eating areas.\n\nThe only downsides of this hotel were the mattresses were very hard and there was no in person front desk. You had to check in through an app and you could not send your luggage through a forwarding service to the hotel.\n\nIf you don't plan on using a luggage forwarding service, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel and staff were great if you could find the staff. I ended up speaking through Google translate to a kind man that worked in the cleaning crew as the front desk staff was literally a tablet with teams set up.\n\nI attempted to contact them via team video however the noise level in the lobby was quite high with multiple groups waiting to get their room and the staff on the other side of the call couldn't hear me.\n\nWe were not able to do early check-in as offered by many hotels in the area (dragging luggage around for 4 hours when you switch hotels isn't optimal). There was a luggage section, however anyone can walk in to thr lobby where the luggage sits so we opted to stay in the lobby like many others while we waited for check in time.\n\nOnce we checked in the room was excellent and the location worked well for what we wanted, it honestly would have been one of the best stays we had outside of the front desk being staffed by a tablet."
