"superb room and service from employees. room was spacious and clean, with a variety of in-room amenities, including a free welcome gift of wine and snacks- very nice. closest station is around a 12 minute walk, no issue there. convenience store nearby, easily accessible. very nice location to take casual strolls. superb staff, an employee tatsuki (ty) even went out of his way to personally help my group navigate around the immensely busy train stations, that can be a bit difficult to decipher first time around. also helped with the luggage forwarding system and filling out paperwork. overall, very friendly and welcoming employee since first night stay. loved ulu tokyo, highly recommend for anyone's first time here in tokyo."

"Obsessed - fourth time in Japan and I called my husband to say this is the only place we’re going to stay going forward. It’s a 10 min walk from the train station over the bridge but considering we walked 5-10 mi a day, what’s 10 more min?\n\nThe room was huge and had an awesome view, especially at the rooftop. My mom loved that they had wine out at the front desk at check in. They also provided drinks and snacks in the room! The morning pour over, in-suite coffee was such a classy touch. Awesome shower/bath/toilet set up. Made breakfast in the morning before heading out because of the kitchen. Just 10/10."
