"Rooms are too small, no microwave, no closet, just a bed, a small desk, a phone, and a mirror.\nOnly about 48 square feet. 6.25 FEET wide x 8 FEET long.\nNo place to put 4 pieces of luggage. 2 small carry-ons and 2 travel sizes. 4 days in a tight space, and it is not cheap to stay.\nHowever, breakfast was included.\nWe had 2 people in this room.\nCleaning is every 3rd day.\nNo view. 1 Window opened to a wall.\nIt was a quiet hotel."

"Very nice hotel! Although the room is a bit small for couples, the hotel is clean and affordable for the quality it has. They can clean your room daily as long as you put the cleaning sticker outside the door. Even if you don't want to clean your room on that day, they will put the clean towels at your room door. The location is really convenient, Lawson is right on the first floor. 3 minutes walk to Tsukiji market. 5 mins walk to Higashi-ginza station. I would recommend this hotel!"

"VIA INN is a business hotel chain in Japan. This location is located close to Tsukiji Market and down the road from Ginza. On the ground floor, there is a Lawson convenience store which is open 24/7. The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward as you either need to take an elevator or walk up a staircase to reach the lobby. This can be tricky if you arrive with heavy luggage.\n\nThe lobby is small, but there are some chairs to sit near the entrance of the hotel breakfast area. If you want any room toiletries, you need to pick them in the lobby as they are set out for you to grab. Items like tea bags, instant coffee and cotton swabs. The room itself is standard for a Japanese hotel, which is to say they are compact with little room. There is a small amount of space in between the bed and desk to make it feel a little more spacious.\n\nHotel breakfast is located downstairs and I really enjoyed it. The selections changed daily and it included fresh breads, pickled vegetables, eggs, sausage and rice. There was also an automatic soup dispenser. If you are looking for a quality hotel near Tsukiji Market or Ginza without any frills, VIA INN is a good choice."
