"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend\n\nMy partner and I had a highly unpleasant experience at this hotel. We arrived early and left our luggage with the staff, as our check-in was scheduled for later in the day. Upon checking in, we discovered that one of the wheels on our suitcase was broken. The luggage had been in perfect condition when we handed it over.\n\nWe requested to review the security footage, which confirmed that the suitcase was intact when an employee wheeled it into a common area. However, this common area was not a secure, private storage space—it was accessible to the public.\n\nAs the suitcase was no longer usable, I was forced to purchase a new one, all while preparing for an international flight that same day. I spent over three hours attempting to communicate with the manager through Google Translate, but despite the clear circumstances, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer any form of compensation. Instead, we were told that the damage was our fault and were advised to call the police if we were unhappy with how the situation was being handled.\n\nThe customer service was appalling, and the overall handling of the situation was unprofessional and dismissive. I would absolutely not return to this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it."
