Rooms and bathrooms are more spacious than the average lower end business hotel in Tokyo, well-located right at a smaller station so easy to get to, and has all the amenities I need (laundry, reliable wifi, good airconditioning). Booking, check-in-and check-out processes are smooth and convenient. My packages were also received without issue. Despite being right above the JR line, I had no issues with noise or sleeping."

"Stayed here solo for a few nights and loved it! The retro street nearby is charming, and the location is incredibly convenient—right above the station. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Nakano Broadway, which I enjoyed daily (in late November), sometimes cycling there too. The local supermarket has affordable food and snacks, cheaper than other places. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect hotel for its value. The hotel is right on top of Koenji Station and close to the main shopping street and restaurants and bars underneath the tracks. The cleaning service was excellent - my room felt brand new every time I came back from my adventures. And I felt completely refreshed every day as a result. Came with pajamas and an amenity station - which includes bath soap! Free coffee as well with freshly grounded beans. The size is a typical Tokyo hotel - this hotel is the perfect value for folks wanting to stay away from Shinjuku (which I recommend) while going on adventures in the many neighborhoods of Tokyo.\n\nThanks for the stay! Excellent value and I would stay here, again."
