"The hotel staff is the main highlight of our stay; they helped us with even the simplest questions. Apart from that, the housekeeping team did an excellent job with our room, which was a great relief after a day of walking in Tokyo. Finding our room already tidy was really reassuring."

★★★☆☆
"The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Tokyo Station and several metro stations, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.\n\nThe rooms are basic and feel quite cramped, offering little in terms of comfort or space. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The breakfast area is small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The variety of food was minimal, and there was only one coffee machine, which served low-quality coffee.\n\nWhat really stood out was the poor service at the entrance. You’re required to give your breakfast ticket to a staff member who assigns your table, which felt unnecessary and inefficient, especially when compared to the excellent service standards typically found in Japan.\n\nFor the price, there are definitely better options available nearby. I wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"Generally positive. Helpful staffs that can speak English. Location is ok. You do need to walk a bit to the nearest subway.\nRooms are great considering the price and it’s in Tokyo.\nBreakfast buffet is very simple and repetitive. Can be good to skip it and explore the nearby neighbourhood for coffee instead. There is a free drinks/ coffee/ tea in the day provided."
