"Horrendous check in procedure. I appreciate we don't speak Japanese, but the little old lady behind the counter had no intention of trying to help us. We used Google translate, but that didn't help either as she couldn't read and was also pretty deaf.\n\nThat aside, the room was okay, but clearly needed a damn good scrub in some places.\n\nThe area the hotel is in isn't particularly nice. Expect to see pimps and ladies of the night on most corners.\n\nAll in all it felt very unsafe and we cut our 5 night stay down to just one after being truly traumatised by walking to the hotel at night.\n\nIf you're a ballsy person, this might be the place for you. If not, don't bother."

"Stayed in room 307 on a weekday.\nThe price was as stated. I had high expectations because it was the second highest rank, but the bathroom was small due to the pillars.\nThe bathtub is spacious for one person, but not for two. It was nice that there was a water server. However, the room was generally dirty. The bed was properly made, but there were many places in the room where dust had accumulated. The air conditioner was also dirty.\nThe worst thing was the poor signal. Apparently there is Wi-Fi in each room, but for some reason there was none in room 307. I had no choice but to use 4G on my smartphone, but the signal was poor in the first place. It would be fine if it was a cheap room, but the environment was too bad for an expensive room.\nAlso, the attitude of the receptionist was bad. If the payment is automatic, there is no need to show your face at the reception, so it would be better if they made it invisible."

"Be careful, from Thursday, December 5, 2024 to Monday, January 13, 2025, the regular weekend and holiday rates will be applied under the name of the winter special rate!\nAll other Fairy Group hotels in Kinshicho are doing the same.\nNext, they'll probably charge weekend and holiday rates for the entire month of Golden Week and Obon.\nThere's no mention of this at all on Happy Hotel or Hotel Navi, and it's only displayed in small, difficult to understand letters on their official website.\nThey should have simply raised their prices, but instead they've degenerated into a business engaging in fraudulent business practices.\nI'll never use them again."
