"Fantastic hotel, very kind staff, I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo.\n\nIn terms of location and comfort, I would say it beat all the other hotels I stay in by far. The only amenity I feel it is lacking is the absence of coin laundry, and there is one nearby, but no wash & dry, so a little less convenient for travelers. At least there's a lot to do in the immediate area, so it's not a huge loss.\n\nI stayed in the women's floor, and I loved the location, felt comfortable to go out and return later at night (~10-12pm), the location was excellent for subway, hotel was kept clean. No complaints at all. I preferred the location over other places I stayed in Tokyo, but this is up to personal preference too. In terms of the quality of the stay, the room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable to sleep on.\n\nThank you so much for the wonderful stay!"

"I only stayed here 1 brief night due to issues with my inbound flight being delayed and then cancelled; but the staff were more than happy to amend my reservation and not charge me for the night I missed. Service in general was great.\n\nThe room was clean and as large as expected for a single Japanese business class hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows great. Bathroom was a good size and fulfilled the brief.\n\nIt’s a bit far from the station though, that’s the only drawback, but in Tokyo the price I booked for was very very good."

"I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. Shortly after checking in, I began noticing itching on my skin, and upon closer inspection, I discovered bed bugs crawling on the sheets and mattress. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the staff could barely communicate in English, making the situation even more frustrating. When I showed them the pictures of the bed bugs, they refused to admit that the issue came from their hotel.\n\nTo make matters worse, the hotel was completely unwilling to take responsibility for the situation. Instead of offering a resolution, they told me to go see a doctor to prove that the bites were from bed bugs. However, they refused to cover any of the doctor’s fees. It felt like they were trying to dismiss the issue rather than address it properly.\n\nThe entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. I will never stay here again, and I highly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. They not only failed to handle the problem but also lacked any accountability or customer care. Avoid at all costs"
