"You should definitely try searching for other hotels in the area. Not that this hotel is horrible, but we have stayed in others nearby with way larger rooms. This one is ridiculously small, and for that price, definitely not worth it. The bathrooms are about the same size as the one you use on an aeroplane. The room is also badly designed with weak ventilation and hardly any precious ledge around the bed frame to place your phone or glasses. Most Japanese hotels will design to give you intelligent spaces for these little stuff.\nLocation is convenient but like I said there are many hotels around with bigger rooms for the same buck. Just search harder. It is clean and staff spoke some English. Rooms aren't always given tidying services even if requested. Basically, unless you are a tiny Asian like us best avoid this hotel for the tight space and poor furnishing design."

"No problems aside from the bedboard and its shelves being extremely visibly dusty. The location is slightly further from the station as one can see, but there are multiple train lines at Kanda station. The facilities and room design were great - using every inch to the maximum without any problems. Hot water was nice and strong. The multilayered windows were very soundproofing against the highway that's right outside the hotel."

"I stayed here with my parents, brother and sister-in-law (three separate rooms). There was so confusion about booking a smoking room (I wanted non-smoking) using Google Translate, we were able to get it resolved. While quite compact, the rooms are well situated to use the limited space well. I was not sharing the bed, so it didn't matter that you can only access it from one side, but my mom found that pretty inconvenient since "her side of the bed" was by the wall.\n\nThe bathroom was small, and had a step up from the room. At the end of my 13 day trip to Japan, it also had the first shower curtain I'd seen in any of our lodging.\n\nThe Kanda station is within walking distance, and there are a number of other train lines you can access withing a 10-15 minute walking radius. One day we walked over to the Imperial Palace area, another we took the train.\n\nThere are also many places to eat nearby and a convenience store right next door where we picked up some breakfast before heading out to explore.\n\nIt was very helpful to have them store luggage for the day so we could explore without it before our flight out from Haneda Airport. And on the day we checked in, they took our luggage we left in the lobby up to our rooms for us."
