"Great service and amenities!\n\nVery good location and price point isn't crazy. There's a 7-11 downstairs with a private entrance and exit for hotel guests only, so you don't even need to step foot outside the building for all your essentials.\n\nThere is 1 drawback however, I feel like the spacing of the room that we got was not best utilised, the bath/shower, toilet and SINK are all seperated so it feels a bit disjointed.\n\nHaving a toilet and bathing area seperate is quite common, but the sink being outside both these areas and shared with the living space/bed is a bit weird.\n\nThat's the only bad thing though, and honestly it could just be my preference, so this hotel still gets 5 stars."

"4/12-4/15 I stayed at MUSSE Hotel by myself. Even if the room was small and the price was expensive ( I guess it’s because cherry blossom season ) , I still recommend this place.\nFirst, it has a good location for subway and it’s near the shopping area. There are Family Mart and 7-11 nearby. Room is small but comfortable and neat. Also after a long day sightseeing, nothing is better than having a warm bath to relax.\n\nI put “No cleaning “sign every morning, and when I came back, there was a bag with new towels,a bottle of water and even a steam eye mask “.\n\nMUSSE Hotel is definitely suitable for one or two persons to stay. I had a good time here.\n\nHighly recommended!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, but there were some issues that left me feeling uneasy.\n\nFirst, the hotel is in a fantastic location. It's close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it super convenient to explore the area. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that kept things fresh and tidy. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness, so I'd easily rate this hotel 5 stars in that aspect.\n\nHowever, there was a concerning incident on Sunday, April 6, 2025, when I left a small amount of money on the table in my room. When I returned, I noticed that the money had been taken while the room was cleaned. While it wasn't a large sum, the fact that it was taken without explanation left me feeling uncomfortable. I now have trust issues and, with two days left in my stay, I'm not sure what else may have been taken from the room during cleaning. As a result, I’ve placed the no cleaning needed sign on my door for the remainder of my stay to ensure my belongings remain undisturbed.\n\nI hope the hotel addresses this issue and ensures better care is taken when handling guests' personal items. Despite this, the cleanliness and location were great, but the service issue has definitely impacted my overall experience"
