"We are currently staying at this hotel and unfortunately, IT IS THE WORST in Japan. The customer service is very POOR. The staff does not speak English, and when we asked to speak with a manager, we were told he would not return for another three days. The staff member refused to give his name and acted as if he did not understand us.\n\nOur main concern is that the air conditioning in our room is NOT WORKING. The room is unbearably HO, and we were unable to sleep at all. To make matters worse, they informed us that no alternative rooms are available. My mom has asthma, and we specifically booked a non-smoking room. However, we were given a room that reeks of smoke, which could trigger a serious medical emergency for her.\n\nWhen I requested the manager’s email to escalate this issue, the staff refused to provide it. This situation is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.\n\nWe are requesting a full refund immediately so we can leave and book a stay at another hotel."

"We booked a twin room that could accommodate a family of four, though it was quite small with no space between the beds. However, the room was very clean, the location was excellent, 7-eleven store right at the corner and for the price, it’s hard to beat!"
