"Best price for airport access.\nI was allocated to a room just next to the elevator which other reviews said really noisy, but I heard no sound (third floor). The room is clean especially bathroom where you get hot water a second after you turn on! It was amazingly comfortable stay for that budget. (The room is typically small for this kind of budget hotel but what you pay is what you get.)\nThe only thing that I worry, which I was lucky enough that i didn't experience, was that in case of emergency how the front desk leads the guests; he didn't even know the names of nearby department store and seems not really smart."

Despite booking last minute, this hotel exceeded my expectations.\n\nWhat I loved:\n- Very close to the metro stations and surrounded by eateries in a quiet neighborhood.\n- Spacious room (likely because it’s outside central Tokyo).\n- Thoughtful in-room amenities: microwave, fridge, kettle, air-con, humidifier, TV, hairdryer, and even pyjamas!\n- Large toilet with a bathtub, plus usual toiletries and towels.\n- Efficient self-check-in process via a machine in the lobby.\n- Laundry facilities, money exchange, and vending machine near the reception/lobby.\n\nWhat could improve:\n- No bottled water provided in the room (water dispenser available in the lobby).\n- Limited luggage storage — guests cannot store luggage beyond 2 pm, which can be inconvenient for late flights.\n- Some travelers might prefer staying closer to central Tokyo for more activities.\n\nPro tips:\n- Water dispensers are available in the lobby — bring your own bottle.\n- The room has hooks and hangers in place of a wardrobe, so pack light if possible.\n- The term "ekimae" (駅前) means "in front of the station", refers to the area near a train station (for convenient locations, looking for Ekimae when booking).\n\nVisit:\n- Ikegami Honmonji Temple (a short JR rife away). Impressive traditional architecture, significant historical site, located on a hill and features a beautiful five-story pagoda.\n\nConclusion:\n- This hotel offers a quiet, comfortable stay with excellent amenities at an affordable price.\n- Perfect for a 1-night stopover near Haneda Airport.\n- I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again! It's a YAY from me."

"For the price of the hotels in Tokyo, this is the most affordable one. However, the rooms are quite small and enough for a limited budget experience.\nThe location isn’t optimal for visiting touristy places, but we really liked the fact that it is just a 6 minute walk to the Keikyu Kamata line which can take you straight to the Haneda Airport."
