"**American Family Visiting**\n\nThe location of this hotel was a little hard to find. If you are driving, the parking is located on the back alley and the valet parking is really self-parking.\n\nUpon arrival (for drivers) locate the parking area, the staff will have you pull onto a turn table and provide you papers to provide to the front desk staff. They will turn your vehicle and you will drive onto the parking elevator and then park in the designated spot you are shown. There is limited English but we were able to manage just fine.\n\nCheck in was fairly simple. While staff did not speak English fluently, they were able to understand and we were able to convey with the google translate. Staff was able to help us forward our luggage to our next hotel successfully. Recommend having the Japanese address of your next hotel available if doing this.\n\nThe rooms themselves were average size and for three people we all fit on the individual beds (one being a roll out bed for our 13y). We are average size Americans and my wife and I 'could' fit on one bed but likely not comfortably. There were laundry facilities on site but don't expect quick drying, we ended up at a nearby (6 min walk) coin laundry instead.\n\nStaff was friendly and patience. The room and facilities were clean. And the location was in good proximately to stations, food, and other locations we needed access to."

"Unfortunately this place has xenophobic policies. When I checked in they insisted on seeing my residence card, I refused because the hotel law says they may not demand to ID for check-in, and after several minutes the manager came out and they agreed that I could check in without it. Unfortunately they resolved the situation, but it would be so easy for them to change their check-in procedure and not ask the question in the first place. For many travelers it's quite a risky thing to tell the check-in staff that you're not going to give them what they ask for, because they might throw you out. As a result I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.\n\nOther than the check-in, this is a standard business hotel, it's clean, and the location is fairly convenient even if you're walking from the station. You can find other hotels closer to the station but they might cost a little bit more, so this place could be the best value for you."
