"I like almost everything here except the Internet. The room is clean and nice (relatively big and with a massage chair); service is good; breakfast has good varieties; good location with easy access to Tokyo city centre and other parts of Tokyo; and I like the public bath and the rock bed. The only negative point is the Internet. It seems like the staffs know the problem but cannot do anything. I hope the hotel will decide to improve the signal quality soon so that I will come back for my next business trip."

"Absolutely recommend the hotel. We stayed here on a two week holiday to Tokyo.\n\nStaff - Professional, friendly and courteous. Many staff know English and so makes everything easier for non Japanese tourists\n\nRoom - The rooms itself are a bit dated but the beds, pillows are great. We didn't use the massage chair a lot though as most of our activity was outside the hotel\n\nHotel facilities - Has a microwave, ice machine, vending machine, washing machine and drier. Laundry facilities are quite cheap. The hot tub and sauna are fantastic especially the women's facilities. There is also happy hour drinks from 5-8 with a good selection of beer, soft drinks and dessert.\n\nThe hotel itself is more for the business guest but they cater very well to families as well"
