"This hotel is located in the western Shinjuku area, and is surrounded by office buildings. It’s much calmer than the Shinjuku main station area and the eastern side. Although it’s somewhat far to walk to Shinjuku station, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station three times an hour.\n\nThe hotel itself was built several decades ago and features an old American-style architectural design. However, they have made renovations to improve convenience, so everything is generally well arranged for guests. Despite renovations, certain legacy architectural elements-such as small windows in the guest room, low ceiling heights, and awkward steps to the bathroom remain as signs of the building’s age.\n\nAs a Hilton Diamond member, I didn’t receive any upgrade offers or notable elite recognition. The benefits were underwhelming, and member awareness wasn’t particularly impressive. The benefits I received were complimentary full breakfast and lounge access.\n\nThe lounge’s happy hour was very standard, offering a variety of liquors with very conventional lounge dishes—nothing special to mention. Breakfast at the Marble Lounge on the 1st floor was also unremarkable. All dining options I experienced were average or slightly below average."

The breakfast is delicious, they have a pool and gym, which is used multiple times, and the spa was amazing. Really convenient after a long day of walking and shipping. "From the airport you get a limousine bus to this hotel quickly and it’s a direct drop.\n\nThe check-in at the hotel was fast and the hotel staff were kind. Rooms are spacious and mine had a decent view too. The breakfast spread is huge and they have a live omelette station. You have choice of ingredients you can choose from and you get hot breakfast. So you will definitely enjoy breakfast and it is stomach filling as well.\n\nThe lunch is standard and same spread everyday.\n\nThe staff in general is very helpful too."
