"We got a great higher up room, a very big and deep soaking tub. Other places we had stayed had tiny deep tubs I could barely fit in. This one I actually used to soak in. We were out sightseeing most days so often missed the lounge activities. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the nightcaps and tea/coffee times. Bus to Disneyland very convenient but only 3 times in morning and evening wish they offered more frequent trips than the designated times. I extended my stay as it was the best hotel and rate I had visited out of two other hotels I had stayed at."

"We booked this hotel for the dinosaurs specifically, which did not disappoint. You can call someone to come hold your bags before you are ready to check in, otherwise most of the process and stay has no contact with hotel staff. The entire point is to be served by the animatronic dinosaurs and do everything yourself. Breakfast was a small selection but fine. They have Cafe hours and drink hours as well. They ask you not to bring food into the hotel rooms though. The rooms can be extremely small, so just be prepared for that. Most people use this hotel for their shuttle service to Disneyland Tokyo. However there are only 23 seats on their bus and people get in line up to an hour before the bus departs. Just keep that in mind. We took a taxi because the bus filled up.\nThe area nearby is extremely walkable with shops, restaurants, parks, and markets. I would stay here again."

"The anamatronic dinosaurs are amusing. If you need help, there is a telephone to the side that will connect you with an employee. When we needed help, staff were kind and went out of their way for us. Location is near a station, so it's relatively easy to get where you want to go, albeit a bit far from many common Tokyo tourist destinations. Happy hour in the evening was a nice touch, although we were rarely back to the hotel on tine. Breakfast options are very limited, especially if you're not a fan of curry for breakfast. Wish they assisted with takkyubin (luggage forwarding) as our other hotels in Japan did."
