"The staffs are amazing. The location is great. The drawbacks are that there is no private washroom (you have to use the onsen)\nThe toilet is not located in the same floor as the sleeping rooms floor, but on another floor which seems inconvenient."

"This capsule hotel in Akihabara delivers on cleanliness and convenience with excellent amenities including unlimited toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, towels), a self-service beverage bar, comfortable lounge areas with magazines, and powerful air conditioning that keeps you cool. The location is absolutely perfect - just steps from Akihabara Station and right next to the main street, making it ideal for exploring the electronics district. The shared bathrooms and common areas are well-designed, and the overall concept works well for budget-conscious travelers.\n\nHowever, several significant issues seriously impact the experience. The capsule spaces are exceptionally cramped - even by capsule hotel standards - making it impossible to move without bumping into walls and creating noise. With many guests coming and going at all hours, expect to hear snoring and constant foot traffic. The bathrooms get dirty quickly due to high usage, but the biggest problem is the single elevator servicing all 10 floors. Since stairs are emergency-only, you're forced to wait ages just to go up or down one floor, which becomes incredibly frustrating when you're exhausted. While this place has great amenities and location, the elevator situation alone would make me choose a different hotel next time."

"The location is the selling point. It is a block or so from Akihabara Station and a little more to the Metro. It is right across from a large multi restaurant building. The breakfast is at Pronto on the second floor of the building and if you paid for it, you will need to wait till 8am before collecting the breakfast.\n\nThe capsule had 1 plug outlet and one USB 2.0.\nBring noise cancelling headphones or wear earplugs. The luggage storage is inside the sleep area and it can disturb a light sleeper when someone enters the sleep area and decides to repack luggage or have a short conversation.\n\nIf you go to the lounge where the shower/laundry/changing area is, it’s easier to repack luggage there.\n\nThe laundry machine only takes ¥100 coins but you can get change from the lobby checking counter. It’s ¥700 for a load (3-6kg) and your laundry will be washed and dried in the same machine. I found when I came back from my appointments that I could place my day clothes in the laundry, then go take a shower and relax, then change into lounge wear, do some work, and by the end of my work, I could pull clean laundry and fold it for the next day. It was quite convenient."
