"This hotel is definitely underrated in its overall Google rating.\nAlthough it a 2 stars hotel. The standard can be a 3 stars hotel standards. All the full amenities required are there in the room. Bedsheets are high quality. Bed is comfortable. Room Size is manageable for 1 person. Yes it small but it has proper windows with view and great natural lighting.\n\nI have good sleep in this hotel. I felt safe and comfortable.\n\nThe hotel is located in a high class neighborhood so it quiet and peaceful not as crowded as shibuya and I do like the quietness at night.\n\nI stayed for 3 nights. The price was something I can manage as a female solo traveller.\n\nAnd it is walking distance to the fish market and direct Train line to Disneyland only 5 stops. It is also only 1 train station away from Tokyo station. Overall a great stay."

"5 stars may be overstating it but I feel this place is being underrated! For the price it’s really quite good! The rooms are small but not atypical for Japan. They give you slippers and pajamas. There’s a coin operated washer and drier in the lobby, they were accommodating about storing luggage for a few hours on our departure day. It’s near the Hatchatori station- if the Disney parks are on your itinerary then that’s the most convenient station to be near while still being central to Tokyo as a whole."

"Staff are helpful and kind. Rooms are neat and tidy and reasonable for price.\nLocation is great.\nAIRCON IS A SET TEMP.\nThis was a terrible problem for me. I woke up sweating balls every couple of hours. You can change the temp then it resets back to the default every couple of hours. Staff were unable to change it. Unfortunately impacted my sleep quality and my trip."
