"I don't know where to start, but we had an amazing time here. I think we loved more the fact that the train station was steps away. After a long day of walking this was heaven.\n\nStaff was very nice and friendly to my family from the start. I needed help making a reservation in Japanese and staff member very nice stopped what they were doing to help.\n\nBreakfast was good and always clean.\n\nRooms were big compared to other places in Japan we stayed which was another plus.\n\nOverall I would stay here any day when I come back."

"GREAT SERVICE and HOTEL....first, Japan gets most of the credit for the incredible service. Hilton has always treated us well, but when you add Japan's incredible respect and honor to the equation, the service was the best we've ever experienced.\n\nGood location, conveniently located between two subway lines. The main line we used was literally right in front of the hotel, but having a station in front of the hotel didn't detract from the hotel's attraction. This line allowed easy access and transfers to most of the areas we wanted to visit.\n\nThe highlight of our stay was the breakfast and bathroom.\n* First, the breakfast was included and offered traditional Japanese food as well as Western breakfast options. There was plenty of variety and it was all you can eat. Everything was fresh and made well.\n* Second, the bathroom was awesome too. The toilet had a seat warmer, bidet system that offers different spray patterns, and automatic flush. But the best feature was the shower, which offers a larger than average shower area that's separate from the tub. The shower offers two water options, a large "rain" head above and a wand."

"The hotel is very new, clean and location is perfect. 24/7 supermarket is located on the ground floor. Metro line is right near to the entrance.\nBreakfast was good as well.\nI did not see the porter to help us with luggage, but to be honest, I didn't ask.\nThe room is not big, but still comfortable. The staff was helpful.\nIf I come to Tokyo next time, definitely I will choose the same hotel."
