"The location is good. The check in was fast. The hotel crews are professional and polite. Considering we are staying around Tokyo area, the hotel room is relative spacious for us. Overall, a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. There are only three minor downside or inconvenience. There are only two coin laundry machines in the entire hotel, and the laundry machines are not very effective at drying which might be due to malfunction, as we used the same model of coin laundry machines at another hotel this trip which work well. In addition, there are only two lifts. The waiting time for the lifts can be quite long especially in the mornings. The fact that the lifts are configured to always stop at Level 3 (Hotel Lobby) doesn’t seem to be very sustainable."

"Decent hotel in a convenient spot just outside the subway station and across the street from restaurants, cafes and the shopping district of Ikebukuro.\nOf course the room is tiny but it's very well laid out so there's plenty of floor space for your suitcases and shopping.\nThe check-in was a bit weird because they have self-service machines (the staff will show you how to use them). Had a good night's sleep here."

"First time traveling to Japan and found this hotel in my fav area, Ikebukuro!!\nJust 1 min walk to the nearest station, a lot of food stall and 24H convenience store. Nice staffs, great room although a bit narrow—but we able to open our large suitcase.\n\nThe bathroom also spacious and clean.\n\nThe bed is not really that firm but it was okay."
