"Honestly, this was the best experience out of any Hilton stay I've ever had. The Conrad Tokyo staff demonstrated a masterclass on how to deliver exceptional customer service. From check in to check out, the attentiveness and attention to detail by the staff was truly superb.\n\nOf course, the hard product is phenomenal. Gorgeous and spacious rooms by Tokyo standards. As a Diamond Member, I was upgraded to a high floor room with an awesome view of Tokyo Bay. But more so than the hard product, the soft product is what leaves a lasting impression. The entire staff worked very hard to ensure that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.\n\nThe Executive Lounge is probably the best lounge out of any Hilton property. The food is chic and high class. The Executive Lounge staff all deserve a raise as they go above and beyond ensuring you are comfortable, from delivering drinks and food etc.\n\nOn check out, the reception asked where I would go next and as I told her, she went ahead and looked up all the events that were going on in the area so I could be prepared before I left the property. It's little things like this that really leave you feeling that the staff cares about you and wants to make sure you feel taken care of.\n\nOverall, highly recommend staying at Conrad in Tokyo. I will for sure be back some time in the future."

"We’ve stayed here twice, and each visit exceeded expectations. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views. As always, the executive lounge was top-notch, and the breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the well-equipped spa—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.\n\nThe only minor issue we encountered was that the parking signs were only in Japanese, which made navigating the structure a bit challenging. Still, the service throughout was outstanding, and both of our stays were thoroughly enjoyable."

"I stayed at the Conrad for 7 nights with my wife this past week, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities offered by this luxurious hotel. The staff and their professionalism and friendliness truly set the tone for a wonderful experience.\n\nWe were upgraded to a suite for being diamond member at check-in. The suite meticulously maintained with large windows offer stunning views of the Tokyo skyline. It features a comfortable seating area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The bed is plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with luxurious amenities, including a deep soaking tub and a separate shower (and of course a Conrad rubber duck to keep you company). Housekeeping staff was great with our needs and nightly turn down service.\n\nThe hotel features an incredible breakfast buffet of variety and high quality on the 28th floor restaurant and at the executive lounge. The breakfast on 28th floor gets busy in the morning but the service is top notch. The executive lounge at Conrad Tokyo is a haven of relaxation and luxury, it offers a beautiful view of the Tokyo Bay and Hamarikyu Gardens throughout the day. We preferred the breakfast at the executive lounge for its quietness and exclusive breakfast Uni egg dish. The Cocktail hour in the executive lounger offers plenty of food and alcoholic options. The ambiance is serene after sunset, providing a perfect space to unwind after a busy day. The attentive staff in the lounge ensured that every need was met, offering a selection of refreshments and snacks that were both exquisite and satisfying.\n\nOverall, the Conrad Tokyo excels in providing a top-notch hospitality experience, thanks to its dedicated staff, exceptional services, and outstanding amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, as it truly embodies the essence of luxury and comfort away from the busyness and crowded areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku."
